    -Angela Della Vache (LMC) has a new book published on Ande Bazin's Film Theory:  Art, Science, and Religion (Oxford University Press, 2019).

    -Julia Melkers (PubPolicy) was awarded a grant from the Bill and Melina Gates Foundation for "Foundational Work in the Study of Student Migration."

    -Anna Stenport (ModLangs) has co-edited a new book with Arne Lunde on Nordic Film Cultures and Cinemas Everywhere (Edinburgh University Press, 2019).

--Anna Stenport (Chair, Mod Langs) received an Education Impact Award from the UN Association - Atlanta Chapter.
